About Us

At Dance Unlimited in Mount Washington, KY, we believe that dancing should be a part of every childs education. In all its varied phases, dance combines pleasure and exercise, develops grace and poise, improves posture, and helps to build strong bodies. Dancing develops coordination of the mind and body. All students will improve and gain confidence through the joy of rhythmic expression. Since 1979, Dance Unlimited has been dedicated to maintaining ethical and professional teaching standards and to developing each students dance potential. We offer a variety of dance classes, including competitive dance, and we also provide group and private dance lessons. Come to where the stars hang out; come to Dance Unlimited.

there are not enough good things to say about dance unlimited. i transferred from another studio after dancing there for nine years, which made leaving so hard. i was so nervous coming in and auditioning for the comp team, but from the first day i came in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. ive felt stagnant for a while, especially in my older years, like i was just staying in the same place and not getting any better, but after only five months at DU, ive improved more than i ever thought i could. the dance staff is so caring and amazing, and the office staff is so understanding. as a teenager paying for my own solo this year, the office manager Brittany has been so supportive and helpful in the process. ive had so many good opportunities to attend conventions, and work with world class instructors such as the coach of the louisville ladybirds. the opportunities provided at DU are unmatched and i could not be more happy with my experience.

We love all the staff at dance unlimited, best studio in the area hands down. We commute 30 minutes each way (passing multiple other dance studios) from Louisville because the instruction and teachers are 2nd to none at DU! We’ve definitely found our dance home and I would encourage anyone looking for theirs to give Dance Unlimited a try, you won’t be disappointed.
